Application Process and Fee Information

Thank you for considering DeKel mPact for your learner's educational journey! Below is important information about our application process:

Application Fee:
The $80 application fee includes a processing and administrative fee. This fee ensures that your application is reviewed promptly and thoroughly.

What to Expect After Submitting Your Application:

  1. Once your application is received, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with our team. This step allows us to better understand your family’s goals and how we can best support your learner.

  2. If accepted, families are required to complete the registration process within 48 hours to secure your slot in your desired program.

We are excited to guide you through this process and look forward to the opportunity to work with your family. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Our Programs

Full-Time Enrollment
Our full-time program delivers structured academic and social support for learners from Jr. K–12th grade, with a carefully designed curriculum to promote growth and success.

Tutoring Services - Math or Reading
Our personalized tutoring sessions are designed to reinforce key concepts, address academic challenges, and enhance learning outcomes. Tutoring is available for various subjects and tailored to fit the specific needs of each learner, whether they are enrolled in our programs or seeking standalone support.

Hybrid Program
This flexible program blends in-person and online learning, offering personalized education to meet the unique needs of each learner.

Online Program

Our online program provides a fully virtual learning experience with access to engaging lessons, live teacher support, and interactive resources. Ideal for families seeking the flexibility of learning from home, this program ensures learners stay on track academically while benefiting from an engaging, tech-driven curriculum.

Homeschool Administrative Support
We assist parents with essential administrative tasks, including recordkeeping, transcript preparation, and compliance with state homeschooling requirements.

Homeschool Co-Op – South Carolina Option 3
Under South Carolina’s Option 3 homeschooling law, we provide legal accountability and support for families. After payment, legal documents are sent via email, ensuring seamless compliance.
Important: Use an active email address, as communication is conducted primarily via email.

Policies & Procedures

Annual Registration Fee
An annual registration fee of $595 prior to June is required for every learner across all programs. This fee includes:

  • $500 Registration Fee

  • $75 Application Fee

  • $20 Processing/Admin Fee

Enrollment Policies

  • Only parents or legal guardians may enroll a child.

  • Violating this policy will result in immediate membership termination.

  • Registration is complete once all forms, paperwork, and non-refundable fees are submitted.

  • Tuition rates are subject to change after the initial 30-day observational period. Any adjustments will be communicated in writing with at least 14 days notice before the new rate takes effect.

Payment Policies

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Late payments incur a fee of $45 or 10% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater).

  • Payments more than three days late will result in the learner’s removal from the program.

  • Outstanding balances must be cleared for the release of transcripts or records.

Dismissal Policy
Families or learners may be dismissed at the discretion of the program director.

Homeschool Co-Op Program

Our Co-Op program provides a collaborative and enriching environment for homeschool families. For more details, visit our Co-Op website: www.mpactcoopassociation.org.
