The Founders behind DeKel mPact, have over two decades of experience in education leadership, homeschool innovation, and youth development. With a heart for children and a gift for designing learning spaces that feel like family, they lead with boldness, compassion, and excellence . Their mission is to restore joy in learning and provide pathways for every child to find their voice and purpose.

Learning Coaches 

Our non-traditional educators, lovingly known as Learning Coaches, don’t just teach — they mentor, guide, and co-create learning with students. Each coach brings a unique background in education, the arts, STEM, or child development and believes deeply in the potential of every learner.

mPact Enrichment Specialists

Our enrichment team powers the mPact experience with hands-on, interest-based programs in engineering, fine arts, leadership, STEAM, and entrepreneurship. From the Cardboard Lab to drone workshops, they ignite imagination and bring learning to life.

Family Support & Operations

Behind the scenes, our admin and family engagement team keeps everything running smoothly — from scheduling and communication to student support and parent partnerships.
